Jadian President/CEO Attends Onsite Training in Dubai

President and CEO of Jadian enterprises, Jerry Norris, is attending the onsite training of over 150 Dubai Municipality Public Health Inspectors, Officers, Senior Inspectors, Heads of Units, Heads of Sections, and Business Administrators. Dubai Municipality has implemented a “General Inspection and Fines Solution”, based on Jadian’s software, to automate its inspection and compliance processes.

“Most of the attendees have been using the system for over two years but training on the new features and discussions about how best to use the system have been very productive,” said Jerry Norris, President and CEO of Jadian enterprises. “Many have commented that the newly implemented integrations are making more data available, which is helping improve their efficiency.”

The seven days of training, held at the Dubai Municipality Staff Club, are being attended by employees from Dubai Municipality’s Food Inspection, Food Safety, Pest Operations, Pest Technical, Vet, and Clinic Units. The sessions are primarily focused on refresher training, new system features, newly implemented integrations, and eServices that support Dubai Municipality’s eGovernment initiatives. The integrations include FileNet, Dubai Economic Department, Dubai Municipality’s Cash Register application, Food Import and Re‐export System, Lab Information System, Notification (Complaints) Management System, Oracle Human Resources application, and eClinic. The eServices include online requests for all types of permits, viewing of inspection results, ePay for fines and fees, and inspection results and disputes.
